Working in partnership with universities and healthcare institutions, we manage a range of residential sites with a focus on quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Your new role
Contract Type: Temporary (Approx. 3 Months) Start Date: Monday 13th October 2025
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
Shift Pattern: 07:30-16:00 (flexible to 08:30-17:00 if required)
Lunch Break: 1 hour (can be reduced to 30 minutes if preferred)
Full training will be provided on-site.
This role is being advertised as full-time, but hours may be reduced to 37/week if needed.
Flexibility in start and finish times can be accommodated
Daily cleaning of:
Student rooms
Communal hallways and landings
Shared bathrooms
Office spaces
Laundry areas
Operating washing machines for mattress protectors and other laundry items
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all areas
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Following health and safety protocols and cleaning procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Friendly and professional attitude
Willingness to undergo training (no handover provided)
Basic DBS
