A respected commercial law firm with strong Yorkshire roots and a national client base is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join its Leeds-based team.
The firm is known for its practical legal advice, strong client relationships and work with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail and corporate brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work closely with major clients across a broad range of contentious property matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will join a busy and high-performing property litigation team and be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease terminations and break options
* Adverse possession claims
* Easements and rights of way
* Rights to light and restrictive covenants
* Disputes arising from property developments and asset management
The role offers direct client contact from day one, with the chance to build long-term relationships and contribute to wider team and firm initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
You will have:
* 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property litigation
* Strong technical knowledge, particularly in landlord and tenant matters
* Confidence handling matters with minimal supervision
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and client communication skills
* A commercial, practical mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
