Salary: £90,000 - £105,000

Technical Experience Must Include:
* Enterprise Architecture design and governance, particularly in a regulated sector.
* Expert knowledge of scaling via Microservices and Event Sourcing in low‑latency environments.
* Hands‑on proficiency with Cloud Native Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Understanding of Payment API design and integration.
* Establishing and enforcing best practices for security, CI / CD, and operational resilience.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
* 10+ years of senior engineering leadership
* 8+ years of proven, hands‑on experience designing and successfully scaling high‑volume B2B payment platforms.
* Advanced technical degree OR demonstrable, equivalent experience
