ABOUT THE ROLE
Innovation and customer excellence sit at the heart of Prime Secure. We are actively seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to drive Evergreen's market share across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of selling into the corporate security sector or conventional security sectors including manned guarding and/or technical deployments. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and driven, with a competitive approach to multi-channel selling. The candidate should be naturally inquisitive towards the ambition of the company and the candidate will think like a stakeholder and will conduct themselves with integrity and honesty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with buyers within all security sectors, technical and manned guarding.
* Responsible for delivering on-target growth across all sectors that Evergreen choose to operate in
* Setting annual sales budgets
* Overseeing and managing three sales teams including Construction UK and V&C UK.
* Driving sales throughout the UK by providing consistent engagement with the client base and in tandem with the sales teams and managers.
* Implement sales plan across the UK
* Identifying valuable emerging markets.
* Launching new services into the market.
* Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
* Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
* Maximising company profit through utilising best practices throughout all sales teams.
* Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
* Attending client meetings to provide support and credibility.
