Employment Solicitor, 2-6 Years PQE, Manchester. A new role for an experienced Employment Solicitor in a highly regarded team. JOB REF:1051. The role offers exposure to excellent quality work with direct responsibility for clients from day one.
Responsibilities
* Advise employers, HR professionals, senior employees, and executives on a full spectrum of employment matters.
* Handle contentious and non-contentious issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, maternity/paternity rights, and tribunal claims.
* Manage your own caseload while being part of client teams on major projects.
* Actively contribute to the employment team’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 2-6 Years PQE seeking a new challenge in their career.
