Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Are competent in essential muster duties.
* Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments.
* Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
* Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
* Fluent in English.
* Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.
* For Onboard Services roles: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.
* All positions are contingent upon completing a statutory seafarer medical examination, internal training, and holding a valid passport at the time of interview.
