Job Description Working within the Turnover Sales team, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication across the property portfolio. Supporting the wider Property team, you'll report into an Accounting Supervisor and play a key role in coordinating turnover data submissions, maintaining audit platforms, processing invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of turnover certificates and schedules. Based at the Group’s Head Office in Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, the position works closely with global Property and Accounts teams and requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role involves regular communication with landlords across all subsidiaries, providing accurate and timely turnover information in line with lease requirements. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining and updating global property databases. Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and annual turnover sales reports to landlords for relevant stores. Keeping records up to date with newly signed leases and amendments. Supporting ad hoc project analysis and reporting as required. Communicating with internal departments to ensure effective vertical integration and horizontal data collection. Liaising with external auditors and providing requested documentation and information.
