Role Purpose:

1. Together with the Account Executives implement strategic decisions and further develop our relationship with our main clients in Everest International Reinsurance Division (EMEA, Asia and LatAm).

2. Develop client strategies and identify new areas of growth by analyzing publicly available information like market, financial and solvency reports. Preparing material on our product offering.

3. Assist deal management, ensuring data availability, efficient workflow of information and systems consistency for reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

4. Collaborate with Everest Underwriters around the globe to define an overarching client approach.

5. Take an active role in strategic projects of Everest´s International Reinsurance Division to further grow the portfolio and to drive innovation.

6. Perform analysis of key data and publicly available information to assist the Head of Strategic Reinsurance and Partnerships in defining and executing a client strategy for our main clients and to select target clients for our transactional business.

7. Collect market intelligence to identify new business opportunities around Strategic Reinsurance Solutions

8. Create main clients’ dashboards and prepare client reports and presentations to support client and broker meetings

9. Prepare pitching and training material on Everest Re Structured Reinsurance Solutions to increase Everest´s footprint in this business segment

10. Support strategic reinsurance team in management of active transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

11. 3 – 5 years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with exposure to underwriting challenges.

12. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills

13. Good understanding of financial and regulatory reports of insurance companies, including Solvency II framework.

14. Ability to assimilate quickly large amounts of information with a view to formulating corresponding business recommendations

15. Good project management skills. Keen to work in cross-functional & cross-cultural teams

16. University degree: Master of Business Administration, Mathematics, Science

17. Proficient in English, other languages an advantage
