We're looking for a Digital Account Manager (Client Services) who knows how to build real relationships, not just send weekly reports. Someone who gets digital inside out (Paid, SEO, CRO), spots growth opportunities without being spoon-fed, and actually wants to own the success of their clients.
🎯 The role in a nutshell:
* You're the face of the account – clients trust you, and the internal team backs you.
* You’ll manage delivery, track performance, and keep everything sharp and moving.
* You’ll identify where clients can grow, upsell smartly, and make things happen.
✅ What you need:
* Solid agency experience in a similar digital role
* Strong comms – client calls, strategy chats, presenting insights
* A commercial head – understand client goals, spot revenue opportunities
* Knows what good campaign performance looks like and isn’t afraid to challenge
* Can handle multiple projects without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it 😉)
