As a CAD Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the virtual and physical worlds of product development, ensuring that every detail is perfect for prototype build readiness. What You Will Do:
Create and manage Engineering Bills of Materials (BoMs) for full vehicle programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key datasets.
Identify and resolve geometry quality issues in CAD data ahead of part ordering, guaranteeing buildable and flawless designs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and fix non-buildable geometry, driving resolutions with precision and efficiency.
Lead and support CAD quality reviews with stakeholders and customers, ensuring all data meets the highest standards.
Ensure seamless integration between Engineering BoMs and parts ordering systems, supporting prototype build readiness.
What You Will Bring:
Strong understanding of CAD compatibility and data quality, with proven experience in resolving CAD-related issues.
Proficiency in using the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform to view and assess CAD data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, coupled with a track record of managing technical project planning and complex workstreams.
Confidence in working across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions to achieve successful outcomes.
