What You’ll do as a Warranty Administrator:
5. Manage warranty claims for the company
6. Use Kerridge DMS
7. Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
8. Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
9. Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed

Required Skills as a Warranty Administrator:
17. Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator
18. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
19. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
20. Ability to learn and navigate technical systems quickly, particularly Kerridge DMS
21. Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
22. Previous experience working with automotive warranty systems
23. Knowledge of automotive industry processes
24. Customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
25. Prior experience in warranty management or administrative roles within the automotive sector preferred
26. Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous
