Client Support & Relationship Associate – Crypto Asset Management

The Role
As a Client Support & Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in supporting client engagement across Europe. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where fluency in French and a willingness to travel are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing client intelligence and supporting sales initiatives
* Providing roadshow and event support, including organisation and attendance
* Delivering marketing support and assisting with content creation
* Maintaining and optimising the CRM system
* Supporting senior team members with client communications
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a bright, professional, and adaptable individual with:
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a client-facing role
* A strong service orientation and client-first mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English)
* Interest in finance, ETFs, and cryptocurrency markets
Additional European languages and personal investment experience in ETFs/crypto are desirable but not essential
