Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will reflect in the quality of the environment you uphold. You may manage the cleaning rota or actively participate in cleaning tasks, always demonstrating kindness and professionalism.
Requirements
* Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Positive energy and a natural ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and to report concerns appropriately.
