As an Employment Advisor, you’ll support people who face barriers to finding work — helping them gain confidence, develop skills, and access opportunities. You’ll still be matching people to jobs, building employer relationships, and using your recruitment instincts — just without the sales targets or business development calls. The role is based in Biggleswade, working as part of a small and friendly team of two. You’ll manage a caseload of around 70 people referred via the Job Centre — typically individuals who need a bit of extra guidance, structure, or practical help to get back into employment.
