Responsibilities
* Drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs.
* Managing probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates.
* Advising clients on estate planning to ensure the efficient transfer of wealth and assets.
* Handling complex estate planning cases involving trusts and related legal matters.
* Assisting clients with contested probate cases, providing expert advice and representation where disputes arise.
* Providing compassionate and professional advice to clients during emotionally challenging times.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and contacts, offering tailored advice and solutions.
* Help drive the department forward.
* Experience in all aspects of private client work.
* Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties.
* Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel.
