An Independent school in Brent requires a creative Art Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, full-time position. You will deliver inspiring art lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a dedicated Art Teacher to join us immediately. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Art Teacher lessons, covering various mediums and techniques. Prepare students for upcoming assessments and exhibitions. Develop students' artistic skills and creativity. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of art resources. Organise and potentially lead art-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Art. Proven experience in teaching art at secondary level. Strong artistic skills and knowledge of art history. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students.
