Role Overview

A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Learning & Development Officer within the Human Resources Team. This role is part of the support and growth associated with the National Reforms and will deliver leadership and management development at all levels of the Trust, organise team events, reinforce our coaching culture, and support coaching and mentoring.


Responsibilities

* Design, deliver and evaluate leadership and management development workshops for middle and senior management.
* Organise and facilitate team events and coaching sessions.
* Identify training needs, propose effective initiatives, and support onboarding of new employees.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote learning and development.
* Provide flexible and adaptable workshop delivery on short notice.


Qualifications

* Experience in developing and delivering middle/senior management development workshops.
* Ability to think on your feet and engage with audiences.
* Strong presentation style with demonstrable connection to participants.
* Ability to interpret feedback to improve existing materials and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
* Minimum Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or an associated subject.

Please note that a background in children’s social care is not essential.
