We’re working with an innovative principal contractor experiencing planned growth across the UK, with a strong pipeline of work in South Wales.
They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a two-year project in Cardiff, reporting directly to the Project Director.
Duties include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations and site-based teams
* Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme, and within budget
* Driving programme, quality, and compliance on site
* Implementing and monitoring project processes and procedures
* Supporting the Project Director with reporting and delivery strategy
The ideal candidate will be a process-driven delivery manager with proven experience operating as a No.2 on projects valued over £30m.
On completion of the project, the client is able to offer continuity of regional work, predominantly within the Cardiff/ South Wales area
