Job Description We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who will help shape an elevated dining experience in a truly unique setting. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key part in leading the kitchen team, developing seasonal menus and ensuring every plate reflects the resort’s commitment to quality, creativity and sustainability. This role offers the chance to influence style, standards and guest experience as the resort grows, while working with a team who value integrity, warmth and professionalism.
