In this role, you'll be fully site-based at Sellafield, where you'll carry out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of UPS and associated equipment. You'll be a key technical point of contact for both clients and colleagues, ensuring reliability and compliance within a safety-critical environment.
This role would suit an experienced UPS Engineer looking to step into a senior position, with the chance to work at one of the UK's most high-profile sites.
The Role:
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on UPS, batteries, and power distribution equipment.
Lead troubleshooting and fault-finding on critical power systems.
Provide expert technical support and mentor junior engineers.
Work closely with clients and site stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
The Person:
Experienced Service Engineer with UPS background.
HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Able to work in a high-security, regulated environment (Sellafield site-based).
