Technical support technician (woodworking / joinery)

Salary: £46,113 - 46,113 per year Requirements: Background in woodworking, joinery, or carpentry Strong technical understanding of furniture fittings, hardware, or installation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Interest in technical support and customer-facing work Ability to balance workshop-based tasks with occasional travel Experience with CRM systems, SAP, or Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence 2 years of carpentry experience preferred Right to work in the United Kingdom Responsibilities: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product guidance to customers and internal teams Support Area Sales Managers with product specifications and technical queries Assist with build, setup, and preparation of displays, exhibitions, and sales aids in the workshop Deliver product training to customers and colleagues Occasionally visit customer sites to support installations and issue resolution Maintain records using Salesforce CRM, SAP, and internal systems Technologies: CRM Hardware Support SAP Salesforce Security More: We are Häfele, an internationally trusted supplier of furniture fittings, ironmongery, and hardware to the trade. We are offering a full-time, permanent Technical Support Technician position based mainly in our Nottingham workshop, with occasional travel to customer sites.
