PrincipalResponsibilities:HRBusinessPartner
1. AdviseonChangemanagementacrossallcouncilservices.
2. AdviseofTUPEandchangemanagementlegislation.
3. Providetransformationaladviceonchangemanagement,organizational/departmentalrestructures/jobroledesign/outsourcing/redundancies.
4. Recommendandsupportchangeinitiativestoprovideimprovementandbettervalueformoney.
5. ActastheHRrepresentativeonhearingsandappealhearings.
6. ProjectmanageandperformancemanagetheHRimplicationsofChangeandManagementprojects.
7. IdentifyHRrisksandissuesinChangeprojectsandfindwaystoreducethoseriskstotheCouncil.
8. Workwithservicemanagers,HRAdviserandOrganisationalDevelopmentcolleaguestofindsolutionstoChangeManagementissuesbyregularreviewsoforganisationalstructuresandbusinessprocesses.
9. WorkwithtradeunionsthroughconsultationandnegotiationtodeliveraresponsiveHRservice.
