We are looking for SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding team at major events and festivals across the UK.

Duties whilst on shift:
* Checking a person's suitability to enter an event and refusing those that don't meet the entry criteria
* Ticket validation, physical body and bag searches
* Controlling access points/ exit gates and site perimeter patrolling
* Responding & reporting to incidents as they occur, on occasion ejecting unsuitable individuals
* Supporting customers by utilising effective customer service skills
* Crowd control – directing foot traffic, queue management, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour.
* Maintaining security by guarding property and/ or equipment
About you, what we require:
* A valid in-date SIA Door Supervisor licence
* Have strong verbal communication skills
* Excellent timekeeping
* An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills
* The ability to handle confrontational situations whilst remaining calm & professional at all times
* Smart & Presentable
* Confident
* Team Player
* Happy to travel for work (Driving Licence Preferred)

All applicants will be screened in accordance with BS7858 standards. Security screening is a requirement of the post and applicants must provide a full checkable 5-year work/ school history. You must also hold a valid SIA licence.
