As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
* Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
* Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
* Identifying and reporting equipment faults, defects, or production issues.
* Supporting production line setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
* Completing production records and documentation accurately.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment using 5S principles.
* Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
* Working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
* A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
* Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify issues quickly.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Good communication and record‑keeping skills.
