We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Langley, Slough.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Lettings Manager, and ideally ARLA qualified, but will be supported with gaining this.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

* Client relationship management

* Provide valuable feedback to clients
* Supporting the team as required with training and development
* Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
* Good working knowledge of inventory
* Speaking with potential tenants and building relationships
* Provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
Key Skills:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Lettings Manager
* Ideally ARLA qualified but can be supported with gaining this.
