Job Description:
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown over 65 years to become a global mobility leader.
Join us, and as a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer and TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress on your career path. Ready to make your move?
After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you'll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, with opportunities to advance within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years. Alternatively, explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
We prioritize diversity and have received numerous recognitions, including inclusion in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for LGBT inclusion, and being a Disability Confident Leader.
Enterprise remains family-owned, led by our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, ensuring stability and long-term vision.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will develop communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues, learning sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. You'll also learn to mentor and manage staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be considered as a substitute.
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence, with accommodations made for applicants with disabilities who do not drive.
No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
