As a print finishing operative, you will play a crucial role in making printed materials into professional products, utilizing precision cutting, laminating, binding, folding techniques as well as other finishing skills. You will ensure that the customers receive a quality finished product. Responsibilities Execute various finishing processes such as cutting, binding, laminating, and folding to complete printed product. Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards and customer expectations. Operate and maintain finishing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance. Manage workflow efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products. Handle and organize printed materials, preparing them for finishing processes. Working 2pm - 10am Shift. Requirements Prior experience as a Print Finishing Operative or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering finished products of the highest quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues during the finishing process. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities throughout the working day Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
