Business Development Manager
Location
Berwick, Burnley, Ipswich, Northwich, Middlesbrough, Motherwell and Whitstable
Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, early finish on Fridays at 2:30pm)
Salary
Competitive basic salary plus a very generous commission structure
What you will need
* Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within fuel cards, fleet, or oil
* Strong understanding of fuel card products and customer needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
* Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
