This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of the entire commercial function. You will set direction, implement structure, and ensure that sales activity converts into measurable, sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for driving performance across both new business and key accounts, instilling strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and clear KPI ownership across the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop internal and external sales teams
Drive pipeline generation, qualification, and conversion performance
Implement clear KPIs and performance accountability
Oversee forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
Develop and execute a focused sales strategy aligned to growth targets
Identify and open new market opportunities
Strengthen key account management and customer retention
Work cross-functionally with operations and finance to ensure delivery alignment
Oversee marketing activity to support lead generation and brand positioning

Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams
Strong track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue performance
Comfortable implementing structure, process, and forecasting discipline
Commercially astute with experience in manufacturing (plastics experience advantageous)
