Job Description:
£30,000 - £35,000 - 5 days per week in office
We're partnering with a white glove Managed Services Provider (MSP) to find a new member for their rapidly growing service desk team.
The Role:
As a Field Service Desk Technician, you will support customers both on-site and remotely. Travel to customer sites is required, often at short notice, so a valid vehicle and driving license are necessary.
• Collaborate with clients to determine requirements and define project scope, timelines, and resources
• Implement projects on-site or remotely based on client needs
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and internal teams
• Work independently in a hands-on role
Key Requirements:
Outgoing personality and clear communication skills
Experience with Windows 11 & O365
Active Directory knowledge
Full UK Driving License
Windows Server administration experience
Basic networking skills
Microsoft Certifications
£30,000 - £35,000 - 5 days per week in office
