Job Description: To analyze and interpret various forms of data in order to create compiled reports, spreadsheets or other forms as each project requires. To create and maintain working spreadsheets for 340B product usage and purchase data in an effort to maximize 340B savings. To assist with contract management, verification and compliance. To coordinate special projects as assigned. · Analyzes revenue and purchase data to ensure maximizing 340B replacement product opportunities. · Identifies, tracks and documents wholesaler credits and rebills for drug purchases. · Serves as a supply chain liaison for drug shortage programs when patient-specific information is required. · Quantifies and tracks costs associated with drug shortages. · Performs contract management for annual drug portfolio. · Coordinates 340B compliance audit design, development and implementation. · Secures industry primary verification documentation for both contracts and contacts. · Identifies quarterly best buy options for each PHS account · Performs other duties as assigned. High School diploma or GED and five (5) years related experience required. Currently registered or eligible to be registered as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy intern/extern by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required. Active registration will be required prior to date of hire.
