DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Onitsuka Tiger history and heritage. Demonstrate passion for fashion and advise customers on general trends ensuring a memorable retail experience to customers and store visitors. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and put always the customers at ease addressing complains and inquiries. Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for and providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers offering alternatives and adds on. Maintain merchandising standards in accordance to the company guidelines as well as ensuring the correct replenishment and quantities displayed on the shopfloor. Develops a thorough product knowledge and knows how to display it in store and organise it in the stockroom. It is up to date with current trends of both footwear and apparel and is able to give product feedback to the Manager. Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business. Processes basic till operations (card and cash payments) and opens and closes the till according to the established procedures. Cooperates actively in the delivery process as well as in all stockroom tasks, following the operational procedures in store and stockroom. Ability to Multitask and If necessary, performs other work when asked. Fosters open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative, proposing effective solutions in a respectful and constructive manner. Respects the opinion of others and promotes the company’s principles of diversity and inclusion. Contributes to the onboarding of new starters with a positive and welcoming attitude.
