  • Produce Labour Standards and calculate Basic Minute Values (BMVs) for defined processes and tasks

Analysing, validating and presenting the measurements

  • Validate and quality-check measurement results
  • Review differences in processes pre- and post-implementation, highlighting efficiencies or variances
  • Summarise findings clearly and present insights to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment

Additional Activities

  • Conduct store visits for measurements, process audits and validation
  • Support continuous improvement in productivity and labour optimisation

What Were Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays with notice
