As a Band 5 Accredited Clinical Coder, you will play a vital role in transforming clinical documentation into accurate coded data using ICD-10 and OPCS-4 classifications. Your work will directly impact NHS funding, service planning, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately code clinical data from patient records using ICD-10 and OPCS-4
* Ensure coding is completed in line with national and local standards
* Liaise with clinicians and teams to clarify documentation where needed
* Contribute to coding audits and quality improvement initiatives
* Work independently and manage your workload remotely
