Responsibilities
* Assist in managing a diverse SKU portfolio, including NPD and EPD.
* Convert member and customer data into regional SKU forecasts using Anaplan.
* Ensure forecast accuracy by collaborating with Finance, NPD, Growth, and Marketing teams.
* Develop launch forecasts with NPD, considering demand and cannibalization.
* Support the assessment of promotional impacts on demand forecasts.
* Contribute to the monthly IBP S&OP process, ensuring consensus and risk management.
* Identify forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies with relevant teams.
* Build forecasts for new regions and markets as the business expands.
* Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, promoting continuous improvement.
* Align inventory and service levels with Supply Planning.
* Identify slow-moving stock and collaborate on clearance plans.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
* Understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
* Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.
* Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* Attention to data accuracy and forecast modeling.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
* Familiarity with S&OP processes is desirable.
