Rural Horsham, West Sussex, Full-time, Permanent (starting on a temporary/supply basis), 42 hours per week | Term-time only

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting students with their educational, emotional, and nutritional needs
* Assisting with after-school clubs, homework, and enrichment activities
* Helping to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and acting as a positive role model
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students with complex emotional needs
Working Hours:
* Monday: 15:00 – 22:00
* Tuesday to Thursday: 07:30 – 09:30 & 15:00 – 22:00
* Friday: 07:30 – 09:30 & 14:00 – 16:00
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally those with SEN or emotional/behavioural needs
* Confidence in managing challenging situations calmly and effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
