Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Analyst to sit at the heart of commercial real estate decision-making on the asset side of the portfolio. This role directly influences how properties perform, how value is created, and how long-term investment strategies come to life. You’ll work alongside senior investment leaders, gaining hands‑on exposure across the full lifecycle of high‑impact commercial assets.

Compensation
* $60,000 – $75,000 base (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Analyze asset performance, financial statements, and variance reports
* Support underwriting, due diligence, and property transitions
* Build and maintain financial models using Excel and Argus
* Assist with multi‑year business plans and proformas
* Partner with property managers and leasing teams to execute strategy
* Track market trends and support acquisition and disposition analysis
* Engage with brokers and internal stakeholders to support asset strategy
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Underwriting, or Commercial Real Estate experience
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Commercial real estate exposure or asset‑focused investment experience
* Advanced Excel modeling capability
* Ability to engage confidently with brokers and external partners
* Experience using Argus or similar real‑estate analysis tools
