* Prior experience working within similar commissioning governance structures, reporting frameworks, documentation standards, and EPC delivery models is preferred.
* Extensive hands‑on experience with SCADA commissioning in large‑scale infrastructure or energy projects.
* Direct experience with Hitachi MicroSCADA and Substation Control Systems.
* In‑depth understanding of national grid compliance requirements and practical experience ensuring SCADA systems meet grid code obligations during commissioning.
* Ability to independently manage interfaces without escalation for fundamental compliance issues.
* Minimum five years of relevant experience and a technical background at B.Sc. level or equivalent.
* Experience aligned with IPMA B/C, PMP or equivalent frameworks is advantageous.
* Strong stakeholder management and structured documentation capabilities.
* Ability to perform effectively under high‑pressure commissioning conditions.
