Our client, a fast-growing sustainable Ecommerce brand, is seeking a strong Digital Customer Experience Manager to lead their Customer Service function.
This pivotal role involves delivering outstanding customer service and experiences on a global scale, providing data reports, and continually enhancing the online customer experience, including customer journeys.
You will oversee the customer experience strategy and operations, focusing on improving online payments and returns. Experience with global reach initiatives would be advantageous.
