We have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic Pre-Assessment Nurses to work within our Pre–Assessment department at Rivers Hospital.
Rivers Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England. Located on the Herts & Essex border, it is easily accessible from London and the Home Counties. The hospital opened in 1992, equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and maintains high clinical standards. The Role
The successful Nurse will undertake pre-operative assessment of patients awaiting elective surgery across all specialties. The key focus is to ensure patients are prepared physically and psychologically for planned procedures, providing appropriate information and identifying potential discharge concerns.
What you’ll bring with you
* NMC Registration
* Specialized post-surgery experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to act on own initiative without supervision
