This contractor specialises in traditional build and timber frame schemes, partnering with private developers, housing associations, and local authorities. They are now seeking an experienced and detail-focused Technical Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong residential technical and design coordination experience, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality design information, compliance, and buildability throughout the lifecycle of each development.\n\n Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n \nManage all technical and design elements across multiple residential developments \nCoordinate drawings, specifications, engineering details, and design information \nLiaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and warranty providers (NHBC, LABC, etc.) \nEnsure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and technical standards \nProvide technical support to site teams, project managers, and commercial t...
