We are partnering with a forward-thinking company in Burgess Hill who are seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role, covering all aspects of customer service, administration & data entry.
The Role:
Review billing statements, ensuring calculations are accurate and resolving discrepancies
Assist with analysing energy consumption data and maintaining accuracy
Respond to customer queries regarding billing, energy usage, and other related inquiries
Maintain records in CRM, support contract renewals, and collate reports for internal teams
The Person:
Strong numerical and billing skills are desirable
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and develop within the business
Confident handling high volumes of data
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working: 2 days in office, 3 days from home
