Our Student Services Managers work with each other in a very close-knit team. Being a member of the team means that you are responsible for a year group s personal development and professional habits. Students who have high performance in their learning will have high expectations of themselves in terms of standards of dress, punctuality and behaviour and it is the role of the Student Services Manager to support their students to excel in this regard. Student Services Managers are afforded a great level of autonomy in their work and those with excellent communication skills and seeking a deep sense of purpose should look no further. All our Student Services Managers are trained DSLs and contribute to the safeguarding of students in their year group in collaboration with the schools experienced DSL and collaborative team.
