Position Overview
As a Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and installing security systems that protect our client's customers. You'll provide hands‑on technical support for CCTV and access control systems, carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues and completing small‑scale installations. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and system reliability across a diverse range of sites in the south east region.
Responsibilities
* Service and maintain CCTV systems at customer sites across multiple locations
* Install and configure access control systems using Lenel or Gallagher platforms
* Perform routine maintenance checks and resolve technical faults promptly
* Complete small works installations to agreed timescales and quality standards
* Travel daily to client sites including Bristol, North London and the M3 corridor
* Communicate clearly with customers and document all work completed
* Support the wider team to deliver consistent, professional service
Requirements
* Proven experience servicing CCTV systems
* Hands‑on experience with Lenel or Gallagher access control systems (Gallagher preferred)
* Right to stay status in the UK or minimum 5 years continuous UK residency
* If you've travelled abroad, you must have been back in the UK for at least 3 years
* Current or previous Security Clearance (SC status) for unsupervised access to classified information
* Willingness to travel daily across the south east
