Warehouse Manager / Team Leader - CV6 Area We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join a busy operation in the CV6 area on a permanent basis. Key Details: Location: CV6 Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility available) Pay Rate: £18 per hour Contract: Permanent The Role: You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily warehouse activities (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch) Maintaining accurate stock levels using WMS systems Leading, supervising, and motivating the warehouse team Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Coordinating logistics and deliveries Monitoring performance and KPIs Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager / Team Leader role Strong leadership and organisational skills Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach We are looking for someone who can lead from the front and is committed to building a strong, efficient team.
