Transport Administrator - Salary & Benefits

* Transport Administrator Required** to join a UK leading, international multimodal freight logistics provider at their site based in Stanford-Le-Hope.

Transport Administrator Responsibilities
* Provide continued administrative support for daily transport operations
* Coordinate driver schedules, route plans, and vehicle allocations
* Maintain accurate records on driver hours, tachographs, and compliance documents
* Process delivery paperwork including PODs, manifests, and booking confirmations
* Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve delivery queries
* Monitor vehicle tracking systems and update transport systems accordingly
* Assist in preparing transport reports and performance KPIs
* Support incident reporting and general administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with legal, company, and H&S standards
Transport Administrator Requirements
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (Desirable)
* Understanding of driver hours and transport regulations (Desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (Desirable)
* Good working knowledge of Windows, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication
