Manfreight are now recruiting for a Warehouse supervisor to join our team at our new chilled warehousing facility located in the Heart of Belfast Harbour.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse, handling chilled goods with precision and care. With flexible shift patterns available, including evenings and weekends, we're seeking individuals who possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Shift Pattern
Week 1 - 11am to 11pm - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2 - 11am to 11pm - Wednesday, Thursday

The Role Involves
* Supervising a team of warehouse operatives
* To organise staff to ensure all contracts are covered
* To effectively plan holidays and the rota with the Warehouse Manager
* Overseeing intake/dispatch
* To investigate, monitor and deal with customer queries
* Ensuring accurate completion of Warehouse documents
* Implementing effective stock rotation and control measures
* The suitable candidate must have:
* Supervisor Experience of at least 2 years
* Understanding of managing a team of staff
* An understanding of Food safety, and H&S within a warehouse environment
* Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Previous experience in a fast-pacing environment
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Team working skills
* Experience with warehouse technology
* Experience in a Chilled Warehouse
