Marketing Officer (up to 12-month FTC - Maternity Cover)
We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to take the lead on content creation, photography and videography, and the delivery of our organic social media strategy, while also supporting wider PR and communications activity. This role involves attending key events to capture high‑quality student and college content, maintaining strong awareness of the college calendar, and working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reputation of the college and its courses. You’ll play a central role in campaign planning, content production, design and print, digital marketing, events, PR, communications—and everything in between.
What Skills Are We Looking For
* Strong and proven marketing and communication skills
* Experience in B2C/B2B and/or education marketing
* Proven ability in campaign planning, delivery, and reporting
* Experience in photography and taking high quality photos, digital marketing and content creation
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities For The Role
* Develop, manage and deliver content and the organic social media strategy
* Produce engaging social media posts, stories and communications
* Schedule weekly and monthly content on social media platforms
* Create high quality content, including imagery, video, case studies and news stories
* Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to create strong, positive PR and comms
* Engage and work closely with external PR and creative agencies
* Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support wider college marketing activity
