Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements: Must have, or the ability to undertake Security Clearance Broad experience in IT Service environment Demonstrated analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong time management skills Well-spoken and articulated ITIL v3 Foundation certification Responsibilities: Ensure all Requests for Changes are registered on the Computacenter and Customers Tool Management System for tracking and auditing of SLA / OLA Vet all RFCs and ensure they are properly authorized and scheduled Maintain accurate documentation of all changes for compliance and audit purposes Ensure all Emergency Changes are efficiently processed in line with Change Management procedures Communicate approved changes to all affected service owners and the SOC Bridge Liaise with necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing, and implementation Ensure all RFCs are closed in a timely manner Attend and/or chair CAB meetings in absence of the Change Manager or as requested Manage risks associated with changes and challenge Customer and CC requestors as necessary Own the Remote Services Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) and ensure updates are communicated Provide ad-hoc and routine change management reports as per agreed timescales Technologies: ITIL Security More: As part of our expanding team located in Hatfield, Milton Keynes, or Nottingham, the Change Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that all changes to systems, processes, and services are assessed, documented, and implemented with minimal risk and maximum efficiency.
