Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Overview
A fantastic National leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function, driving plant reliability, PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site
* Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime
* Lead, develop and prioritise a multi-skilled engineering team
* Drive OEE, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime
* Manage contractors, spares, budgets and compliance
About You
* Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills
* Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing
* Proven track record in PPM, fault finding and root cause analysis
* Strong planning, leadership and commercial awareness
